02 Does GoatPlus work on my device?
Yes, GoatPlus works on iPhone and iPad devices running iOS 15 or later. You can check that your device is compatible before activation.
03 What does a GoatPlus subscription include?
Your subscription gives you access to the GoatPlus library for the full subscription period, so you can install the available apps and get updates and new versions as soon as they’re released.
04 Is my subscription guaranteed for the full period?
Your subscription runs for the period of time showing on the package, but it relies on Apple developer certificates, which Apple can revoke at any time without our involvement. Whether you’re covered depends on your package please read our use policy to understand more
05 Why do i need to install a device profile
The device profile only reads your device’s UDID (its unique identifier), so we can activate your plan on the right device.
06 Is the Plus subscription safe on my device?
GoatPlus doesn’t require a jailbreak and doesn’t change your iOS system. Plus apps install like regular apps, and you can delete them anytime, just like any other app. Your device keeps receiving normal iOS updates.
07 Is it safe to pay?
Yes. All payments are processed through our payment provider, a secure payment gateway that encrypts your details. GoatPlus never sees or stores your full card details. You’ll receive an order confirmation as soon as your payment goes through. If you run into any issues, our support team is available on WhatsApp.
08 Can I get a refund after purchase?
we can’t offer refunds once your order has been activated or delivered. Refunds are only possible if we’re unable to deliver your order
09 Can I transfer my subscription to another device?
No. Your subscription is linked to the device you activated it on.
